Casavo internal values have been defined by Giorgio Tinacci at the early stage of the creation of Casavo.
Since then, they drive our day-to-day at Casavo.
These values are used to assess the cultural fit of applicants during the recruitment process, internally we use them to assess our progress during the Growth Conversation…
And, we refer to them to make decisions on our day-to-day.
