Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Growth Manager to lead and scale our customer acquisition efforts with a primary focus on paid traffic (Google Ads, Meta ads), while also exploring and optimizing alternative acquisition channels. This role will focus on driving efficient and scalable growth through a multi-channel approach, including CRM activity and SEO. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with external partners (e.g., SEO freelancers) and internal teams to implement data-driven strategies that enhance acquisition volume, cost efficiency, and customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Traffic Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute high-performing paid traffic campaigns across key platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and emerging channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, performance tracking, A/B testing, and optimization to maximize ROI and efficiency.Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement, and scale campaigns with a focus on CAC.
- Continuously explore new paid channels such as YouTube, LinkedIn, programmatic, or other niche platforms to diversify traffic sources.
CRM & Retention Strategy:
- Own and manage CRM strategies (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to nurture leads and increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to implement effective lifecycle marketing campaigns.
SEO Strategy & Collaboration:
- Work closely with an SEO agency to define, implement, and scale organic search efforts.
- Ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies to maximize overall search visibility and keyword targeting.
- Oversee content creation, technical SEO recommendations, and performance tracking to improve organic traffic and conversion rates.
Performance Reporting & Insights:
- Create and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure ongoing optimization and competitive advantage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the product, design, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a growth, performance marketing, or similar role, with proven success in managing paid traffic campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Strong proficiency with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), CRM systems, and SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience in building and executing CRM strategies (email, SMS, lifecycle marketing).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience working in fast-paced start-ups or growth-stage companies would be considered a plus.
