Casavo is a next-generation digital real estate agency that leverages technology to simplify and expedite the process of buying and selling real estate. The primary goal is to maximize Casavo's online visibility, attract more potential clients, and organize relevant events to strengthen brand awareness.


Job Overview:

We're looking for a curious, data-driven and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team and support the CMO in CRM management and performance analysis. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to contribute to real strategic projects and develop key skills in data, CRM and digital marketing..


Key Responsibilities:


1. CRM & Retention Strategy

  • Support and implement CRM strategies (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to nurture leads and increase customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to implement effective lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Own building and launching of lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome flow, re-engagement, A/B test)
  • Analyze and report on CRM campaign performance across channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp)
  • Document processes, campaign results and learnings in a structured and scalable way
  • Perform competitor analysis and market research to benchmark CRM strategies


2. Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Support CMO in reports for WBR, MBR and other business reviews.
  • Support CMO in deed-dive analysis.
  • Work closely with the Data Analyst to build and optimize Marketing Dashboards.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and CRM
  • Solid knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience (even academic) with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English
