Context: Casavo is a next-generation digital real estate agency that leverages technology to simplify and expedite the process of buying and selling real estate. The primary goal is to maximize Casavo's online visibility, attract more potential clients, and organize relevant events to strengthen brand awareness.

1. Marketing Strategy:

• Marketing Strategy Definition: Collaborate with the GM to build a multi-channel marketing strategy in line with business objectives and marketing budget. Translate it into an yearly roadmap, ensure proper execution and monitoring, and adjust it based on results.

• Marketing Budget Management: Collaborate with the GM and Finance Team to define and monitor budgets allocation to different campaigns and initiatives. Assist in managing and distributing resources, ensuring that each expense is optimized and aligned with business objectives.

2. Social Media Accounts:

• Content Planning: Own monthly Editorial Plan for our Social Media accounts (IG, FB, LinkedIN, and TikTok) with the objective to put the spotlight on our business, brokers and expertise to increase awareness and customer trust on Casavo brand when it comes to selling and buying homes.

• Content creation and execution: Produce the content for post, stories and reels - develop catchy and on brand templates to accelerate the content production process. Own posting and monitoring of performance, to constantly improve engagement and enlarge the reach.

• Community Management

3. Brokers Productivity:

• Design of Prospecting Materials: Create personalized tools (flyers, posters, promotional items, brochures) to help agents expand their network.

• Innovation in Communication Materials: Propose new ideas for communication materials to make them more impactful and memorable, capturing prospects’ attention and enhancing brand image.

• Continuous Improvement: Analyze agent feedback to adjust tools and materials, ensuring that marketing actions remain relevant and aligned with market trends.

• Brand Ambassador: Train and support Brokers on producing and posting on Social Media channels to support the growth of their network while amplifying Casavo’s reach acting as Brand Ambassadors.

4. Brokers Recruitment and Retention:

• Brokers’ Events: Plan and coordinate internal events (workshops, training sessions, informal meetings) to strengthen agent cohesion and motivation. You will be responsible for the entire process, from selecting the format to managing logistics.

• Collaboration with the Partner Growth Team: Assist in recruiting new agents by developing targeted messaging and communication tools to showcase the benefits of joining the company.

5. Ad-hoc Strategic Projects:

• Strategic Project Support: Being the Marketing POC for any strategic project functional at the reach of business objectives which require involvement and support from the marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, managing budgets and performance.

  • Hands-on Social Media and content creation experience (IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok), from editorial planning to execution, till analytics.

  • Strong knowledge of Canva and basic AI tools to boost productivity for marketing repetitive tasks (e.g. ChatGTP, Gemini, Gamma,..)

  • Project ownership: highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at a time.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

  • Strategic, data-driven and creative mindset.

  • Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn.

  • Fluent in English
