Job Description

This role is ideal for someone eager to gain experience in marketplace operations, offering a hands-on learning opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will develop your skills in cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and team support while contributing to the success of our marketplace.


In this role you will:

  • Assist the Marketplace Sales Lead in monitoring the marketplace portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals in terms of volume and profitability;
  • Support the team in tracking the performance of IRECs (Independent Real Estate Consultants) with a focus on their commercial capabilities, conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel, and ancillary revenues;
  • Participate in weekly team sessions to help manage mandate distribution to IRECs, ensuring adherence to commercial guidelines and utilizing tools like AppSales integrations;
  • Assist in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketplace portfolio inventory, collaborating with the Data team and MOPS lead to support sales forecasting efforts;
  • Work closely with different teams, such as Seller/Partner Success, to support the fine-tuning of the operational model;
  • Participate in recurring team meetings, contributing to discussions and helping the team achieve expected performance levels;
  • Assist MOPS Lead in reviewing and analyzing team performance and process KPIs on a monthly basis;
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to help implement processes that align with the desired customer experience;
  • Support the Partner Growth Team in organizing training sessions and onboarding for IRECs to ensure commercial and financial efficiency;
  • Assist in working with the Home Financing Team to ensure process compliance by IRECs and identify potential opportunities to improve conversion rates and meet expected volumes.


Requirements

  • Full English and Italian proficiency;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Good knlowedge of Excel;
  • University degree (obtained or ongoing) required ideally in economics, management, engineering or related fields;
  • Result-oriented, proactive and entrepreneurial.
