Founded in 2017 by Giorgio Tinacci on the belief that Real Estate should be simple, Casavo is redesigning the selling and buying experience leveraging proprietary technology in each step of the process, taking care of the complexities and giving people the freedom to enjoy only the best part of their choice. The Company offers integrated home-related services such as mortgage financing, providing a turn-key experience with an inclusive approach towards Real Estate operators (brokers, contractors and banks).
What will you do?
- Run quantitative and qualitative analysis on user behaviour across all touch points of the Casavo marketplace, aiming to support product development and enhance customer experience.
- Gain deep insights into the end-to-end customer journey and multi-channel experiences, with a focus on identifying opportunities to boost conversion rates, engagement, and overall user satisfaction.
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and OKRs to ensure alignment with strategic goals, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making throughout the organization.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to foster a data-driven culture, ensuring data insights are at the heart of decision-making processes.
- Contribute to data modelling and transformation efforts, focusing on consumer and marketing data, to create robust domain datasets that empower teams to perform self-service analyses effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and support data science initiatives, including the implementation and optimization of algorithms, predictive models, and statistical frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and analytical techniques, continuously improving processes and methodologies to ensure best practices in data analysis and insights delivery.
What will we expect from you?
- You have 3+ years experience working with data analytics;
- Good statistical and quantitative skills;
- You have advanced knowledge of SQL and good abilities with Python;
- You have good data visualization skills and can tell data stories utilizing BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Lightdash, Looker etc..);
- You have experience with ETL process and data modelling;
- You have excellent communication skills and can summarize complex technical issues, and present in a simple way to non-technical audiences;
- You can work with a variety of stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds and prioritize the work accordingly;
- You are a self-starter and take the initiative in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve problems.

- Advanced knowledge of Python
- Some experience with A/B testing
- Some experience in data modeling using DBT
- Some experience with VCS using Git
- Some experience with predictive modeling and cluster analysis
